All Terms and Conditions stipulated below apply to all Alice Rose Brides bookings.


Booking enquiries can be made via booking form on my website or via email:

Alice Rose Brides will confirm availability and supply a quote.

To secure the wedding day booking, clients are required to pay an £50 non-refundable deposit which will deducted from the final wedding day balance. This is payable up to one week after a trial (unless agreed otherwise)

Alice Rose Brides will send an invoice with the booking summary and confirm receipt of the deposit via email.

After carefully checking all details Alice Rose Brides will send you a booking summary and ask the client to check everything is correct. It is then the client's responsibility to check this booking summary and ensure that Alice Rose Brides is notified of any errors within 7 days of receipt. If the client notifies Alice Rose Brides of an error after this period, and Alice Rose Brides is unable to fulfil the booking, depending on the circumstances, cancellation fees may apply.

Please note, the booking is not secure until your deposit has been received in full and Alice Rose Brides has confirmed receipt in writing. We reserve the right to rebook or cancel your date if fees are not paid on time.

For photoshoots, special occasions or other non-wedding bookings a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking. The outstanding balance will be due one week before the booking. For corporate clients, an invoice will be sent and payment will be expected within 30 days.


All payment is required by BACS bank transfer. We do not take cheque or PayPal payments. 

The price agreed at the time of booking is final, If Alice Rose Bride’s price list changes at all, your booking will not be affected.

The final balance for wedding bookings is due no later than one calendar month before the wedding day e.g. if your wedding date falls on 27th July, the payment is due on 27th June, etc.


Your deposit is non-refundable.

If for any reason you cancel your booking, your cancellation must be confirmed by email.

If a wedding or part of booking is cancelled within 21 days of the wedding date, the balance is required in full.

Please note that all changes or cancellations MUST be stated in writing.


In exceptional circumstances, such as a hospital stay, Alice Rose Brides may need to cancel a booking. This has never happened before but if it does, all attempts will be made to find an alternative artist.

If this is not possible or is unacceptable to the client, Alice Rose Brides will refund 100% of the deposit/payment.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking that has be made under false pretences without liability and retain all payments made by you.


If a client decides to cancel a wedding booking after a trial, the full trial amount plus any travel to the trial is still chargeable / non refundable as you are paying for my time and expertise.

A maximum of 3 trials per bridal party can take place in 1 day.

We ask that you have no more than 1 person attending your trial with you to allow maximum time to get to know you and your style.

Please note if you require a second trial you will need to pay the full trial amount again. The trial and travel costs are completely non-refundable.


The client must inform Alice Rose Brides of any allergies or product sensitivities they may have before the trial takes place.

This also includes but is not limited to, medical conditions or any issues that may affect the use of equipment’s and products.


Notification should be given of any changes to the booking and trial as soon as possible. This includes changes to the number of clients, location, dates and times.

It is the client’s responsibility to do this as we cannot guarantee availability all day.

Changes must be confirmed in writing via email and are not accepted as written notice until you have received a reply from Alice Rose Brides. Please do not rely on texts as we do not always receive them.

Change of trial date - An alternative date will be found. Alice Rose Brides does not book trials on Sundays due to this being her only day off.

Saturday trials during the months April - September are limited as this is the busiest time for weddings, however Alice Rose Brides will do her best to accommodate such requests if there are no weddings booked for the date(s) requested.

Trials will not be booked in evenings due to the lack of natural light and artificial light distorting the look.

Changes to those having trials - Any changes made by the bride to a trial must be made in writing 48 hours before the date of the trial. If changes result in the number attending being reduced, we have the right to change the time or date of the trial.

Change of wedding date - We will do our best to book the new date or supply another available artist. If this is not possible then, depending on circumstances, cancellation fees may apply. 

Change to number of clients - A new price will be calculated based on our current price list to reflect any changes in the bridal party. 

Cancellations for services booked where travel and/or accommodation expenses have been paid for by the company and are non-refundable by the provider will need full payment by the client.

If a wedding or part of booking is cancelled within 21 days of the wedding date, the balance is required in full.

We do understand that things change, and bridal party numbers can change also, but there will be a surcharge in place for significant changes to numbers that have previously been discussed and accounted for. If any more than 2 people are dropped from the party within 8 weeks of the wedding day, then a 20% surcharge of their initial quoted price will be charged per person dropped. 

Change of location - We may need to add a travel charge if the location changes. If the location changes dramatically we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of the artist, every possible endeavour to rectify such situations will be made, however no compensation will be offered on the artist’s part. The client is strongly advised to take out wedding insurance to cover against such situations.


The client will cover all necessary travel expenses, including, but not limited to, all public transport costs, any congestion charges and parking charges that are applicable.

Full public transport, parking and congestion costs must be covered and will be added to final invoice.

First 40 miles from each artist's location is free.

40-50 miles   - £40

50-75 miles   - £50

75-100 miles - £60

100 miles+     - POA


The client agrees that the artist may use photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the artist’s website and social media pages.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked for your information.

Unfortunately, we do not provide credit terms.

Following the new smoking regulations - smoking whilst an artist is working is not permitted.

Artist's reserve the right to refuse to work if a client is rude, aggressive, upsetting or abusive in any way.
